All terms and conditions of a booking is,

1. Verbally explained at the time of booking.

2. Followed by a text message confirming the terms and conditions

3. Also agreed at the time of completing the online form.

Once a deposit has been made it is non-refundable after 24 hours and the customer agrees to pay the rest of the fees by the date agreed. All fees after the 24 hour period are non-refundable that's all fee's part fee and full fees paid.
